The Labor Management Cooperation Committee (LMCC) has purchased an outfield billboard advertisement for the 2011 season of Richmond’s finest professional baseball team, the “Flying Squirrels”. The Flying Squirrels generated much excitement and buzz around Richmond with their excellent team combined with energetic and innovative marketing/promotional designed for the family. Plus, being an affiliate of the 2010 World Champion “San Francisco Giants” just adds to the excitement. Look for further news from the LMCC concerning the “Flying Squirrels”. Perhaps an Industry night with attendance by Member Firms, Local Union members, and Industry folks may be in the works!
